My decision to branch out into the inspection field was based on

my experience in the building and maintenance trades. With the knowledge and skills I have obtained, I know what to look for when inspecting homes.

 

My experience allows me to identify and analyze not only obvious external issues, but how each could affect what lies on the inside of the structure. This is a skill that many of my competitors do not have. Knowing how to address such issues with the buyer is equally important. 

             

What I've learned over the years is that ALL homes and buildings have issues. None are perfectly built to last a lifetime. That's where a thorough inspection can be a positive, cost a effective tool. They give you an unbiased opinion of the condition of the home to help in deciding if it fits your needs and budget. They should not be used to find fault or change your mind about the purchase. In many cases, reported concerns are everyday wear and tear issues that can be repaired for a reasonable cost by someone with appropriate skills.
